Introduction

The All India Council approves post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA) at NDIM, for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, and Government of India. It was the first amongst 3 Management Institutes in the country to get Government approval out of 488 requests in 1996.

PGDBM

Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management is recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India.The Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) is a 2-year ,full time course. The Programme is designed to sustain an all round excellence and provide an in-depth understanding of key function areas of Management, covering Marketing, Finance, Production & Operations Management, Human Resource Development, Information Technology, International Business & Service Sector.

Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, Service Sector Management, Global Business management, Human resource Management & Development and Production & Operations Management.

Eligibility

A Three Years Bachelor's Degree from any discipline with atleast 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grades in any stream 10+2+3 or 4, depending upon the discipline. Candidate with business experience will be given additional weight age in the selection process. Candidates appearing in the Final year exams can also apply.

Selection Procedure

Candidates seeking admission to the PGDBM are required to appear for Common Admission Test (CAT) to be conducted by IIM's or MAT conducted by AIMA. Final selection will be based on the performance in CAT/MAT and subsequent Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
