Established
in 1958, Grodno State Medical
University is the oldest medical non-profit public higher education
institution in Belarus, which specializes in medicine and medical psychology.
With world class infrastructural facilities, well experienced faculty and a
variety of disciplines, the University has succeeded in maintaining it's
position as one of the best universities, both domestically as well as
internationally and has over 530 students from different 30 countries
worldwide.

The University has over 45 departments, divided among six faculties as:
• Faculty of General Medicine
• Faculty of Paediatrics
• Faculty of Medical Psychology
