Admission Criteria 2020-22
XLRI offers PGP in the form of MBA Program
which is a two-year tenure full-time post-graduate program to the students by
shortlisting candidates based on XAT score 2020.
XAT(Xavier Aptitude Test) 2020
The
admission in XLRI will be based on XLAT exam 2020 which was conducted in
January 2020 all over India in 72 cities. Based on XAT performance, along with academic
background and the relevant work experience candidates are shortlisted for
interview. Besides performance in the personal interviews (and/or group
discussions), XAT performance, relevant work experience, academic background,
extracurricular activities while preparing the final list is considered
XAT percentile and further process which
follows the admission process in XLRI, admission of students will be done for
MBA Program.
Candidates can also apply in more than one
program and based on this application there may be multiple GDs and interview
as needed.
The seats for BM (
Business management) and HR ( Human
Resources) is 360 and GMP ( General Management program) is 120.

PGDM
( Human Resource Management program)
Human resources is the soul of an organisation. Hence, mastering
the features of HR is an intrinsic part of 21st century corporate sector
strategy.
Eligibility: The candidates must have
Recognized Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in
any discipline. Those Candidates who are completing their final examination by
June 10, 2020 may also apply.
All Indian candidates can
appear for XAT 2020. However, NRI and foreign candidates may only apply either
through GMAT score or XAT.

The
admission in PGDM program in XLRI consist of three stages.
Stage
1 Online Registration for XAT Admission 2020-22 through
XAT / GMAT
Stage
2 Shortlisted candidates for XAT
and GMAT.
Stage
3 The interview for
candidates through XAT and GMAT will be conducted between mid-February
and March 2020 in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and Jamshedpur.
PGDM
( Business Management Program )
The PGDM (BM) programme at XLRI strives to skill future managers
necessary for corporate world.
Eligibility: Recognized
Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any
discipline along with those completing their final examination by June 10, 2020
may also apply.
All
Indian candidates can appear for XAT 2020 but NRI and foreign candidates may apply either
through GMAT score or XAT.
