Sanskar Educational Group (SEG), established in 2005 and spread over 20 acres of lush green campus under the aegis of Shree Ganpati Education Society, has carved out a niche for itself in just a decade. It is also regarded as a centre of excellence for those interested in pursuing higher education in the fields of technology, pharmacy, management, and architecture. SEG offers Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, and Architecture programmes at the diploma, graduate, and postgraduate levels. We truly hope to contribute to the worlds of critical infrastructure, information technology, management, and pharmaceuticals by promoting, encouraging, and embedding the habit of lifelong capability growth.

THE DEPARTMENT'S HISTORY

Mechanical engineering is an ever-evolving field of engineering with a wide range of applications. This entails immense obligations for us. In a rapidly changing environment, we must keep up with other developing countries, which necessitates improvements in our technology, increased knowledge to implement emerging inventions, and patents to gain a foothold in the global marketplace. The department has devoted faculty members and ample infrastructure to provide proper instruction as well as engagement in order to solve any difficult issues. Since its establishment, the university's test outcomes have consistently been outstanding. In order to stay on top of current events, the department is constantly upgrading laboratories. As a result, faculty members at SEG's top b. tech mechanical engineering college must cultivate and nourish students in order for them to gain advanced expertise in the field. The undergraduate program's goal is to develop and train manpower that is the best in the world in any way. STUDY TOUR TO OTHER COUNTRIES

Students can fly overseas as part of their B.Tech curriculum to visit top global institutes and industries. This extension to our curriculum is designed to help our students learn about the operations of these global organisations, enhancing their personalities and giving them an advantage in campus placements. There is simply no replacement for the hands-on training that our B.Tech students can achieve.

 

EDUCATIONAL GOALS OF THE PROGRAM

The ME curriculum is directed and regulated by its aims, which are to train students to be potential technocrats who are ethical, efficient, and contributing members of society. Our graduates will do the following as they advance after graduation:

Using their engineering experience to excel in professional areas such as manufacturing, academia, government, and other organisations. Engineering graduate school Justice, pharmacy, business, public policy, higher education, service sectors, and other non-technical fields. Technical work, research and development, or engineering education, administration, or service-related professions-management or entrepreneurship-related careers.

Engage in professional service by using their engineering knowledge to help advance society and address scientific and social issues. Creating new knowledge and goods that can foster long-term economic growth and increase people's quality of life. Technology as a means of social benefit is being promoted.

 

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION

Candidate must have completed the C.B.S.E. or comparable 10+2 test with the above-mentioned aggregate percentage and English as a subject (core, elective, or functional).As of 01/08/2020, the candidate must be under the age of 21. The sum of the best four subjects (unless otherwise specified) in the 12th grade, plus English and any obligatory subject(s), will be used to calculate the aggregate of 50 percent points.

 

THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS

GGSIPU CET (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test) scores are used to determine admission.

 

INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT

Several classrooms, projector halls, lecture halls, and smart classrooms are available in the department. We provide advanced labs with a broad range of applications to promote computer science education and research. We put a heavy emphasis on conducting weekly seminars to instil the ability of taking out research content from papers.
