Mahavir Swami Institute of Technology (MVSIT)
is a flagship institute of Bhagwan Mahavir Group of Institutions under the
support of Bhagwan Mahavir Education Foundation which is a premium institute
approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India & Bar Council of India
and affiliated to GGSIP University, Delhi. The college offers Bachelor in Technology
(B.Tech) in Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics &
Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, BBA and
BA (LLB).
The institute is situated near KMP
(Kundli-Maneshar-Palwal) highway at Jagdishpur, District- Sonepat in National Capital
Region (NCR). The campus is full of greeneries with pollution free environment
having world class infrastructure which makes it a perfect place for higher
learning.
The Department of Computer Science at MVSIT has been established
to impart quality education in the field of Computer Science. The Department
carries modern facilities for teaching, learning and research. The Department
offers a variety of array of research opportunities and programs of study at
undergraduate courses
The department of computer science provides students those who have enrolled in
the undergraduate broad knowledge in all areas of computer science, and an
overall perspective of the field, its structure, and this department of the
institution also teaches how to program efficiently in numerous languages and
computer systems such as Java, C++, Python etc.
The Computer Science Department gives admission to students to an undergraduate
program of 4 years where they guarantee meticulous and dedicated effort for the
real-world training and practical problem solving that has been the distinctive
feature of computer science engineering at MVSIT since its establishment.
