Electronics and Communication Engineering at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology

Electronics and Communication Engineering at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology

This branch of engineering deals with study of effects of both electronics engineering and communication engineering on each other for the betterment of humans. This is one of the trending branches at present time. At our college that is at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, this course of Electronics and Communication Engineering is available at undergraduate level. Graduates get degree of B. Tech after completion of this four year course. They get to study about microprocessors and wave progressions. They also have subjects like microwave engineering. In communication, they get to study about both analog and satellite. We want to provide quality education to students. For this, the course undergoes changes periodically to keep the subjects up to date.

Emphasis of Department
• The Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology has got the title of distinctive institute over North India region. We are going to work hard to maintain this legacy. It would be an honor for us to welcome such aspiring students to our renounced college premises.
• We work on students to develop leadership qualities. They must be able to work under various circumstances in a team. We want to build technical experts. This is possible only when students are going to have sound knowledge of the subjects. The graduates have ethical approach to apply engineering practices over work.
• Electronics and Communication Engineering at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology has great lab facilities available. This helps students to learn more efficiently. Periodically, these labs are upgraded according to the new technologies coming in the market. We want to help students in developing innovative thinking. Actually, if students get innovative, then only they will be able to create innovations.
• Various seminars are being conducted over electronics and communication engineering department at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology. These seminars are helpful for students as well as facilities. For students, seminars are conducted with a view for their overall development. And for faculties, these are kind of interactive lectures which helps them to get better, or we could say develop. The guest of these seminars are highly respected and renounced technocrats. Some famous educationists are also invited to our college premises. They make students aware about various opportunities available to them to get a secure job.

Projects
To clear the confusion among readers or in better way could say to clear the doubt among readers weather to pursue this course or not, we Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology are including few projects out of all other projects which students get chance to perform during their tenure. This will make readers curious to join the institute. They will get an idea how Electronics and Communication Engineering at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology makes studying fun and interactive.
Voting Machine in Cellular using Microcontroller: Earlier method of voting was prone to fraud. So it is being replaced with new method of voting that is using electronic voting machines. Also, manually counting of votes was tough and prone to calculation error. This new method works on technology so is error free and time saving. The system here has two sections. One is voting unit and the other one is master unit. The settings for voting unit does not require system. It could be done at any place. Whereas settings for master unit requires system. These units work together to produce result, which is later displayed over LCD screen.
Detection of Over Speed Automatically: Over speeding could be very dangerous at times. In our country India, over speeding is the cause of various road accidents. Sometimes, unconsciously we might mistake and over speed. Here comes this project which acts as a great help at such situations. Regular speed detectors follow Doppler Effect. This speed detector which would be created in this project does not follow this Doppler Effect. However, it uses Laser beams to detect the speed. Plus this system does not have any road preference. This means it could be used over any type of road. It is easily movable. This means with preferences, it could be easily shifted from one place to other for speed detection.

We want to conclude this article with a view point that Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology would be the best choice and students won’t regret. We want to maintain the prestige of our college, which is from the students studying here. So we will put all our efforts to provide the best education to them and help them grow and become the pride of our college.
