May 06: IIT Madras Admission to humanities courses Admission Notification


Entrance test: Humanities & Social Sciences Entrance Exam (HSEE), 2012

Institute: Indian Institute of Technology Madras

Programme:
  • Integrated Master of Arts Programme (M.A) in Development Studies
  • Integrated Master of Arts Programme (M.A) in English
Eligibility:
  • Candidate must have passed the qualifying examination (QE) namely, XII standard OR equivalent OR will be appearing QE in 2012.
  • Candidates of General and OBC categories must secure at least 60% marks and those of SC, ST and PD candidates must secure at least 55% marks in aggregate in the QE.
Important dates to remember:

Online application will starts from: 20th December, 2011 (10.00 hrs)
Last date of submission of Online application form is: 20th January, 2012 (17.00 hrs)
Entrance Exam will be held on: 6th May, 2012 (10.00-13.00 hrs)
