Hello from the University of Rochester (UR) in Rochester, New
York State, where the summer sun lingers into the evening, the
temperatures are mild, and students taking full-credit college
classes during the week can enjoy numerous festivals, recreation,
and arts on weekends.
UR will offer many introductory and some advanced courses this summer, at a substantial discount from the usual tuition price. For the first time, UR will offer an intensive four-week session beginning July 9 and ending August 3, well-suited to the academic calendars of many Northern Hemisphere countries.
To learn more, visit www.rochester.edu/college/osp/summer/register.html. The Office of Summer & Part-time Studies is here to answer your questions about summer courses, costs, activities, and living arrangements. Students with special needs and interests can also contact an advisor in advance at osp@rochester.edu.
