On Friday 25th June, the Punjab Government have allowed for the
IELTS coaching institute to reopen.
The International English Language Testing System
(IELTS)is a test for English proficiency for students who want to work, study
or live in a foreign place. The coaching of IELTS is allowed to reopen on one condition that all
the teachers, students and staff have to had at least one short of COVID
vaccine.
“The restriction for covid second wave will be
till 30th June but with some compensation for IELTS and skill
development institutes, who now have the permission to reopen provided that the
staff, teachers and students have one short of covid vaccine. I request every
one to get vaccinated” said the Chief Minister Amarinder Singh.
Rest facilities like Bars, Pubs and taverns
will remain closed along with all the education facilities will also be remain
close. The night curfew will continue from 8 pm-5am and weekend curfew also.
Restriction of maximum 50 people in a gathering and weeding will be followed.
