 Rutgers MBA School: heading to top 10 in the world


The poets and Quants have declared the list of MBA schools, according to their rank in the popularity among students. In the list, the Rutgers MBA has secured 10th positions in the world. Along with it, Rutgers has placed as 7th in the list of US MBA schools, and 2nd for public universities in US. This ranking introduces Rutgers to the mainstream, along with other popular US business schools like Harvard, Stanford, Ross and so on. The faculties of MBA in Rutgers opine that they are in immense happiness, in getting in the top 10 list. 


The important reasons for the heading up of Rutgers includes – their eco-system, interdisciplinary approach towards entrepreneurship, experiences along with studies, and so on. The faculty of the school has made immense efforts to make the program popular and dynamic. Lei Lei, the dean of the school states that they had worked to make the school to cherish and accelerate the ideas and dreams of the students.  The school also holds faculty who have prior experiences in teaching as well as developing young entrepreneurs. The faculty always tries their best to create good entrepreneurship mindset and thoughts among the students.


The faculty of MBA Rutgers includes Mukesh Patel, who lived 30 years of his life as an entrepreneur, capitalist and headed a small business also. Patel also heads Collaborative for Tech Entrepreneurship and Commercialization, or C-TEC, which aims to bring students from engineering background for entrepreneurship.  The program is one of the key factors for the increase in popularity of the school.  Also, in order to widen the network of students in entrepreneurship world, the course makes provisions for making an organization among themselves, named CEO forum, or Chief Entrepreneurial Officer forum. The forum really helps the students to increase their network circle, with current students as well as with alumni, through various events. 


The school also provides job networking from various companies for the students. The annual business plan competition initiated by the school has paved way for increasing business ventures, started by the students and alumni. Even though the classrooms are now thrown into online mode, the faculty has provided more inputs and ideas, to enhance the skills and abilities of the students in entrepreneurship. The faculty includes Jeffrey Robinson and Ted Baker, who are well known researchers in entrepreneurship. All of them drive the students to develop ideas for startups relating to tech fields, from their graduation time itself. Moreover, they are promoted to lead the ventures through programs like, C-TEC, in their academic time, along with completing theories and concepts on entrepreneurship.


These new inventions of the faculty have taken them to the list of top 10 in the world. Moreover, the increasing demand for the Rutgers school of entrepreneurship is the result of their ideas and vision. The new concepts and innovations prove that Rutgers is one of the best large business schools, which demand high potential of ideas from  the students.
