MBA entrance examinations other than CAT
Aspirants seeking admission to MBA programs are also advised to think about taking other management entrance exams such as SNAP, AICTE CMAT, IIFT MBA, and XAT.
On 27th November, Sunday, the CAT 2022 was conducted. This year 2,22,184 applicants—out of the 2,56,885 enrolled candidates gave the management entrance exam. It becomes challenging to achieve a good mark for admission to IIMs due to the exam's intense competition. Aspirants wishing to apply to MBA programs may also want to consider taking the AICTE CMAT, XAT, IIFT MBA, and SNAP exams.
The percentage of students who scored at, below, or equal to a specific percentile on the CAT 2022 reflects how tough the exam was. The standardized result for the CAT 2022 admission test will be the percentile score (rather than the candidate's marks), and it will be used to create the CAT 2022 merit lists.

AIMA MAT: For admission to MBA programs, more than 600 participating universities across the nation conduct the National Management Aptitude Test (MAT).
AICTE CMAT: For admission to MBA programs at universities connected to the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is administered. CMAT is organized by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
XAT: For admittance to MBA programs at more than 160 universities, the Xavier Admission Test (XAT) is conducted.
KIITEE Management: Enrollment to the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology School of Management is granted through the KIIT MBA (KSOM).
IIFT MBA 2022: For MBA admission, the IIFT MBA (IB) is held (International Business). It is a residential general management program that lasts six semesters and has an international business emphasis. The test is administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
SNAP: For admittance to Symbiosis International institutes, the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is conducted (Deemed University).
