1) Inlaks Scholarship10 scholarships are
available to Indian students for study up to two years at top
institutions in US or UK. The Foundation does not give scholarships in
the following subjects: Engineering, Computer Science, Urban Planning,
Business Studies, Medicine, Public Health, Indian Studies and Indian
History, Fashion Design, Music and Film Animation.
Eligibility: Candidates
must be Indian residents and hold a good degree from a recognised
university. It is mandatory to have prior admission to the institution
and the chosen course. Candidates must have admission letter before
applying. The institutions concerned must only be top notch. Candidates
must be below 30 years of age on the first of July in the year of
application.

2) Panasonic ScholarshipsThis scholarship is for Asian students to study masters degree programmes in universities in Japan.
Eligibility:
Graduates or pending graduates of universities with a distinguished
academic record. They must have completed 16 years of education
including 4 years of technical education or have been accepted as
eligible for enrollment at the targeted graduate schools. However,
applicants must have completed their bachelors degrees no more than four
years prior to the date of their arrival in Japan.

3) Reliance Dhirubhai FellowshipStanford
Business School awards up to five Reliance Dhirubhai Fellowships. These
fellows receive full financial support for the two-year Stanford MBA
programme.
Eligibility: Must be eligible to study
for an MBA at the Stanford School of Business. After graduation from the
MBA programme, the Reliance Dhirubhai Fellows are bound to return to
India for a minimum of two years of employment in the private/public
sector.

4) Fulbright Nehru Masters Fellowship for Leadership DevelopmentFulbright
scholarships are offered to professionals in the areas of business
administration, communication studies, economics, environment and public
administration.
Eligibility: Candidates must have
completed an equivalent of a US bachelors degree from a recognised
Indian university with at least 55% marks (i.e. four-year bachelors
degree) or completed masters degree (if the bachelors degree is of less
than four years’ duration), must have at least three years' full time
(paid or voluntary) professional or work experience relevant to their
proposed field of study; demonstrate experience in leadership and
community service and preferably be in the age group of 25-30 years.

5) Rhodes Scholarships for Masters in Oxford UniversityRhodes
scholars are encouraged to stay for at least two years at Oxford. Those
doing one year masters degree are allowed to take up two such courses
if they like.
Eligibility: Candidates must be between
the age group of 19-25 years on October 1 of the year when the session
is expected to start and must have at least a first class degree in
humanities, sciences, law, engineering, agriculture or medicine from an
Indian University.

6) German Scholarships
These
scholarships are offered to study postgraduate courses (with special
focus on developing countries) in select German universities. Scholars
are entitled to receive a stipend of 750 euros, return air fare, tuition
fee, research subsidy and health insurance.
Eligibility: Candidates
must have a first class bachelors degree, and must be working in a
developing country engaged in the planning and execution of projects
with emphasis on development policies having a bearing on technological,
economic or social areas. There should not be a gap of more than three
years between the award of last degree and application deadline and the
candidate should not be older than 36 years.

7) Commonwealth Scholarships and FellowshipsThis is an annual scheme made available to all Commonwealth countries by the Commonwealth Scholarships Commission.
Eligibility: You
must be an Indian citizen residing in India and should have completed
tertiary education in English medium. You must hold a doctorate (or
other postgraduate qualifications accepted as sufficient for the career
you are in). You must not be more than 40 years of age at the time of

Scholarship is given in recognition that the MBA may represent a
significant financial burden, particularly for those who have chosen to
work in social ventures rather than commercial or public sectors.

months or longer. They must demonstrate personal qualities strongly
resonating with social entrepreneurship and leadership and must

different institutions – writer fellowship at the University of Kent
(three months), writer fellowship at the University of Stirling (three

months) and Iqbal Sarin visiting fellowship in journalism at Cardiff
School of Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies (three months).

Melinda Gates Foundation offers scholarships every year. All applicants
are first evaluated by the academic department in Cambridge to which

best applicants to the trust. So, you must apply to both – for admission
to the course and also for your consideration for the scholarship at
