NDA or Non-Disclosure Agreement in CAT 2013 Exam is signed by the
candidates appearing for the exam. As per the Agreement, all candidates
appearing for CAT 2013 exam are prohibited from disclosing, publishing,
reproducing or transmitting the test information, in whole or in part,
in any form or by any means, verbal or written, electronic or mechanical
and for any purpose. The IIMs can initiate legal action against any
person found to be in violation of this NDA. Such person shall also be
in violation of Indian Contract Act, 1872 and / or the Copyright Act,
1957 and / or the Information Techonolgy Act, 2000 and the actions and /
or abetment may constitute a cognizable offence punishable with
imprisonment for a term up to 3 years and fine up to Rs.2 lakhs.
