to an individual’s career.
He says that every individual should always take career
goals into consideration. One can pursue MBA and gain experience but always
remain connected to your current knowledge also as stated by Chatfield. In this
way one can make a better use of an MBA.
An individual can improve all the skills which he already
had by pursuing an MBA. It is really important to practice those skills in the
real life also. He says that it would not only enhance your skills but also
make you a successful person and good communicator at workplace.
Elan Granot relates refocussing one’s career with a GPS
recalculating a route. He says with that with passing years your
responsibilities will keep on increasing for which you haven’t been trained.
This is what exactly MBA is for. An MBA is designed to make you aware about the
various business disciplines and tools to not only understand them but also
operate with them.
Granot says that there are many segments within an MBA
and one of the important ones are people who are recalculating their course.

higher position and get more responsibility.
The MBA has been the most demanded and common graduate
degree in America. It is an educational degree that almost every adult wants to
achieve as stated by Chatfield. He says that “all the students in their mid and
late 30’s wants a personal growth experience and reach their personal best”. It
would open many career options that they can pursue. Basically, it is all about
having clarity about the goals one wants to achieve in his or ger career.
As per the professionals the students can gain many
skills from an MBA experience which would further help them to find a new
career focus. Granot says that “MBA is group of people with experience. It is
more of specific field experience than business experience”. This would give
you a chance to talk with your colleagues and gain knowledge from them.
Chatfield also shares about his student where he says
that the student who held many responsibilities during work wasn’t invited at
the time of internal discussions. However, those students were invited for
committee meetings once they were enrolled in an executive program.
In this way those individuals were able to share
important details and then opportunities also opened up for them. So, an
individual must keep on looking for new and better career options. This will
