Admission Criteria 2020-22
IIM Shillong offers PGP in the form of MBA
Program which is a two-year tenure full-time post-graduate program to the
students by shortlisting candidates in two phases in which first phase is for
shortlisting students for GD and PI with the help of CAT score and in phase
second, final selection of students for offering PGP courses are done based on
score obtained in GD and PI.
CAT
2019
The
admission in IIM Shillong will be based on CAT exam 2019 which was conducted on
24 November 2019 and whose results were declared on Jan 4, 2020. Based on CAT
percentile and further process which follows the admission process in IIM Shillong,
admission of students will be done for MBA program.
Minimum
academic qualification for admission in MBA program of IIM Shillong:

A candidate aspiring for admission in MBA program
must have a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (
whatever the university follows) . The marks varies to 45% in case of the candidates belonging to
Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and
Persons with Disability category.
·
Candidates appearing for the final year of
bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination is eligible only if
he/she submits a certificate of degree latest by June 30, 2020.
·
Candidate who has not received their graduation
results at the time of registration will have to produce certificates and mark
sheets as soon as the respective Institute publishes the results, but before
DECEMBER 31, 2020
