Today, most of the students take coaching and take extra classes to get the better edge in the exam.

EXAM itself is not so difficult word; most of us make it so. Some time we get the peers pressure, family or our group pressure to excel or do well in the exam as compared to our other counterparts. This sense of competitiveness increases the level of exam stress. Stress is a very huge part of our school and college life, and it is something which we have to bear and face every day. As a students exam stress is the biggest inner fight. Some time stress may come as a shock, but the suggestion is that it should not take over every thing of our life. No matter you are preparing for the final or for very important entrance, you should always remember that you can still do well without feeling to die whole week. There are few tips for you with which you can beat the exam stress:

1. Avoid stressful people.

Stress is works as an infection. During the exam week always avoid to study with a super tensed and stresses friend. If she/he is complaining all the time and saying that she does not remember anything and she/he does not recollect whatever she has studied in the past days. His/her statements will only add more stress to you.

2. Eat healthy and exercise

They may be your friend, your family members or your classmates who need to have a chit chat with you about their and your life, or ask you to join them in the party before the exam. If you say yes to them you will surely waste lot of time, which you can utilize in your studies. Resist that urge to go with them or have a long hour chit-chat with them. Say No to these kinds of distractions and be selfish for few days if you want to score good in your exam.

4. Force yourself to take short break after every long hour
Studying for long hour without taking breaks decrease your reading capacity and interest in the studies. For every hour or so take 10 to 15 mints break.
