The micro SUV prototype is 3 metres in length as well as width and around 1.5 metres in height. The designing for the car was done in such a fashion wherein the feel of SUV could be achieved in a small size. Another aspect which was paid attention to was that there should be an equal amount of glass and car body. The final design of the car is said to accommodate three people with an extended pick-up area at the back. The rear boot cover is a detachable backpack which can be worn by the user, when leaving the vehicle.
Prasath chose such a design and theme for his micro SUV prototype because he feels that this design is like an organic shell which offers protection to its passengers along with the technical SUV functionality. He further added that the car features such as the detachable rear storage which can be used by a passenger as a backpack have been designed so as to compliment the lifestyle of the youth in 2030. Another feature wherein the modular wheels change shapes to adapt to different terrains has been incorporated to make driving smooth.
