Faculty of Law at Delhi University (DU) has invited
applications for its two year full-time Ph. D course. Candidates who
have scored 60% in their LLB degree course or 55% in LLM can send in
their research proposals to the institution. As per the institute’s
guidelines the proposal should contain a detailed synopsis (containing
10 copies) that has been prepared under the guidance of a faculty
member.
Eligible candidates need to submit their research proposals latest by February 6, 2014. These proposals will then be viewed and evaluated by the Department of Research Committee at Faculty of law.
The admission for the Ph. D programme will strictly be on the basis of criteria and other conditions as listed out in the Ordinance VI-B.
Eligible candidates will have to appear for an interview before the Department of Research Committee in the office of the Dean of Faculty of Law. Candidates may even have to sit for a written test if the institute so decides.
