Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) – PUNE
Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) – PUNE
Introduction
Established in 1978, SIBM is in its 27th year of service to the student community. It continues to be the fountainhead brand of Symbiosis and is recognized as one of the best Business Schools in the world. On this occasion it fills us with immense pride to recall the epoch making events that led to the formation of SIBM as it is today.
Year 1979, SIBM proved its pioneering self by becoming the only institute in Pune to organize a seminar outside the city precincts - in this case in Mumbai. Soon the trend was set and others followed suit.
Industry Interaction: Throughout the year the students organize and participate in various face-to face interactions with leading industry professionals through seminars and guest lectures that prove to be regular 'reality checks' for the students.
Live Project: The projects' Cell of the Corporate Interface Team (CIT) undertakes Live Projects. Unlike Summer Training Projects, these live projects are conducted year around, which means, SIBM's Live wire solution providers get corporate exposure around the year- a vital element of their learning process.
Finally. the one-of-a-kind Personalized Balanced Scorecard Methodology indicates their overall development. Thus, throughout the students' careers, wherever life takes them, there is always a piece of their heart with SIBM, making SIBM different from all other
B- Schools. Welcome to the SIBM experience!
