Cygnus to offer internship to ICFAI students
ICFAI University, Ahmedabad has tied up with Hyderabad-based Cygnus Business Consulting and Research (Cygnus) to avail internship for its students. According to a release from ICFAI, the institute is the only university which arranges for internship to distance education students.
Thirty two students pursuing MBA program of the ICFAI University attended the Cygnus Management Internship Program (MIP) in Ahmedabad. The MIP aims to make students industry-ready by imparting the much needed functional skills and soft skills. Conducted since the last three years, Cygnus has benefited 4,000 students out of this programme.
Cygnus is a global knowledge services organisation publishing a range of reports on economies, industries and companies in India and overseas. Besides, Cygnus takes up business consulting projects for corporates , credit appraisals for banks and equity research projects for Investment Banks and large brokers.
