Pearl Academy of Fashion invites application for
eight short-term professional programmes
New Delhi, June 25, 2010: Pearl Academy of Fashion, India’s leading fashion and design institute has announced the admissions to its eight short term professional programmes for the academic year 2010-2011. These programmes include-
• Apparel Merchandising and Marketing
• Fashion Retail Management and Marketing
• Creative Fashion & technology for Women’s Wear
• Creative Visual Design
• Fashion & Lifestyle PR
• Short-Film Making
• Textile Design for Products and Accessories
• Principles & Techniques of Professional Photography
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum eligibility criterion is a pass 10+2 in any discipline from any recognized board.
Application Form: Application forms can be obtained from the admission office of Pearl Academy of Fashion located at Naraina Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi, 110028 on all working days from 9am to 5pm against an application fee of Rs. 100/-. You can also download application forms from www.pearlacademy.com.
Admissions Process: First come first serve basis
Commencement of Classes: August 16, 2010

i have done my post graduation in finance.i have always wanted to do fashion designing. Please suggest me any course in fashion designing in Delhi itself.
ReplyDeleteHi, yes, Pearl Academy of Fashion provides a course in Fashion Designing. Its a PG Diploma in Fashion Designing of two-year full-time course. As you already have done your Post-Graduation, you are eligible for the course. And as far as the other institutes are concern which provide such course, they are listed below:

After successful completion of this course, students could seek employment opportunities as fashion designers, fashion co-coordinators, sampling managers, production planners, product developers, and fashion stylists. They have an option to choose work among renowned Indian Designers, Design Labels and Craft Based organizations. Many of them start their own business venture after gaining relevant years of industrial experience.
