Programs offered

Eligibility

Our two-year full-time program is designed for those who have completed their graduation or its equivalent degree in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities or the AICTE as eligible for postgraduate studies. Individuals appearing for their final year exams in 2005 can also apply. The proofs of graduation (degrees and mark sheets) have to be submitted by October 30, 2006 to the institute by individuals who are admitted to the NIILM Center PGDBM program.

Selection Process

Screening applicants on the basis of their CAT/ GMAT/ GRE scores.
Candidates with scores meeting NIILM standards are called for group discussion to assess their team-playing and communication skills.
Candidates finally appear for their Personal Interview with the expert committee.

Placements

NIILM – CMS had a batch of 62 students, proudly walking down the aisle with plump corporate offers in their hands. 36 companies visited the campus and the institute achieved its target of 100% placements.

It has been seen as a regular trend that compensation package has always traveled spirally upwards in the case of NIILM – CMS and this year the highest figures were a whopping 11.60 lakhs (International) and 6.8 lakhs (Domestic).

The list of the companies that have visited the campus is full of esteemed and respected names. These include Lifestyle, Essar, Idea, ICICI, Citi Bank, OM Kotak Mahindra and many more.

NIILM – CMS saw the majors of finance sector like ERNST & YOUNG, ICICI Bank, Aztec Exim Pvt Ltd, IL&FS, India Bulls, HDFC and Citi Financial participating in placements 2005.

Consultancies and research firms like E-Value Serve, Smart Analysts and Capital IQ recruited students from the campus. Retail giants Lifestyle and RPG enterprises also recruited from the campus. Telecom majors like Idea and Consumer Durables Firms like Samsung and Onida also recruited our students.

Other companies that visited the campus were – Hindustan Coca Cola, Samtel Colour Ltd., Datamatics, HCL Infosystems, and Bennet & Coleman etc.

It has been once again proved that amongst the plethora of business schools NIILM – CMS is a name that will always be remembered and admired for its pursuance of excellence in the field of management education.
