Pearson offers scholarship for LSAT-India
Test fees of the top 80 candidates taking the LSAT-India will also be waived by Pearson. The LSAT-India will be conducted on 16 May 2010 by Pearson VUE, the online testing unit of Pearson. The company, is planning to offer scholarships and fee waivers for prospective law students across India.
LAW SCHOOL ADMISSION TEST - LSAT
The Pearson scholarships are designed to reward meritorious candidates and promote law as a career option in India. All students applying for the Bar Council of India-accredited five-year B.A. LL.B. programme and for any three-year LL.B. or L.L.M. programme within India will be eligible for the scholarships. A total of 20 scholarships will be awarded to candidates applying for the five-year law programme and three for the three-year law programmes.
The last date for registering for the test is 19 April 2010. The eligibility criteria for the scholarships and fee waivers will be based on merit.
