Maharashtra Common Entrance Test
Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is a single combined test conducted by Government of Maharashtra for Post graduate management programme and all health sciences, Engineering and Pharmacy degree courses. Around 298 institutes which accept MHCET score.
The programes covered under Maharashtra Common Entrance test are:
Master of Business Management (MBA)
Master of Management Studies (MMS)
PG Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM)
PG Diploma in Management (PGDM)
Eligibility Criteria
• Candidate should have completed Bachelor's Degree with minimum marks obtained is 50% (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) or equivalent.
• Candidate appearing in graduation final year with result awaited can also apply.
MHCET Test Structure:
Candidates who are keen in appearing in exam have to finish their test within two and half (2 ½ hrs) hours of prescribed time. The questions are based on objective type and multiple choices. The questions are based on Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical/Abstract Reasoning. The maximum of 200 marks allotted to the MHCET entrance exam and scores would be valid only for one year.
